E commerce

Stores that sell, not just look busy.

Shopify, WooCommerce, and custom store operations covering catalog, checkout, payments, fulfilment, and ongoing growth.

The problem

A store that is hard to run quietly kills revenue.

Broken checkout. Messy inventory. Slow pages. Campaigns that cannot launch without a developer. The store exists, but operations fight it every week.

We build and manage ecommerce so catalog, payments, fulfilment, and marketing can move without friction.

Examples

What support looks like in practice.

Site → Stable

Updates, backups, and a restore path for a WordPress site that cannot go down on a Monday.

01

App → Watched

Error tracking and uptime on a custom app, with someone who can ship a fix.

02

Incident → Record

A failed form or payment flow caught, patched, and written down so it does not repeat.

03

Backlog → Shipped

Small product changes handled on a cadence instead of a new project every time.

04
What we cover

From storefront to day to day operations.

01

Store setup

Shopify and WooCommerce builds with clean catalog structure and conversion ready pages.

02

Checkout and payments

Reliable carts, gateways, taxes, and the flows that turn traffic into orders.

03

Inventory and fulfilment

Stock sync, shipping rules, and operations that keep orders moving.

04

Integrations

CRM, email, ERP, and analytics connected to the store you already run.

05

Performance and SEO

Fast product pages, clean metadata, and technical foundations that support growth.

06

Ongoing management

Updates, campaigns, fixes, and a named owner for the live store.

Technology

The layer that keeps production boring.

We work with the stack already in production. New tools only go in when they make monitoring, backup, or recovery clearer.

FAQ

Questions before we start.

Do you only support what you built?

No. We can take on existing WordPress sites and custom apps after a review of the current stack and risks.

Is this a retainer?

Usually yes. Support works when someone is already responsible before the incident, not only after it.

What is not included?

Large new products still get scoped as projects. Support covers operations and bounded changes.

How fast do you respond?

We agree response windows up front. Emergencies and routine work are not treated as the same queue.
